Lynk & Co is active in several European countries and consumers will be able to access the car through several options, from buying, leasing, subscription and sharing. Basically, all sales will be done through our online sales channels and with multiple payment options to support the sales conversion.
The multiple market approach and the complexity of the automotive industry will mean a large volume of financial transactions and we need to manage and consolidate the cash from multiple European subsidiaries. As we act in a growth industry with new and ongoing projects and launches, we need to be fully on top of the finance operation.
To support the business, we’ll expand the Treasury team within the Finance department with a
eCommerce Payment Specialist
You’ll run everyday payment operations from a Finance business perspective.
You interact in a structured way with internal and external stakeholders across Europe and love to develop the business.
You lead the development of payment operations, working closely with our Head of Payment & Risk Management.
What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact for operational payment-related topics internally and externally, as well as for payment service providers and payment partners
- Develop and maintain the online and in-store payment infrastructure in close collaboration with external partners, internal Tech Teams, and Customer Engagement Colleagues
- Lead and own payment project work streams across the business to build and scale our Payment Eco System
- Coordinate payment work streams between Finance department, SAP product owners and Lynk & Co Tech Teams.
- Maintain and improve fraud-preventing functionality in the payment ecosystem.
What you bring
- A few years of experience working with online payment operations environments
- In-depth understanding of online payments, the surrounding ecosystem and operational payment processes
- Knowledge of fraud-preventing measures
- Advanced Excel skills
