We're now looking for an eCommerce Store Manager with focus on US and non-EU markets, who will be an essential part of the Happy Socks global eCommerce team.
You will be responsible for maximizing onsite revenue by analyzing sales data, planning, and executing the commercial eCommerce plan, awhile upholding the brand image while working with local and global teams to align on strategic initiatives.
For this role, we want you to have a proven track record of successfully working within a team environment and an ability to bring others together to achieve a unified goal.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for USA + other identified markets content strategy and calendar across the site for home/landing pages, banners, and email, keeping the company’s goals in mind
Give input on, and maintain, eCommerce P&L. Responsible for delivering programs on time and within budget programs, without undercutting prices
Manage online inventory levels and sell through to ensure we have the stock to do the projected planned volume
Responsible for sales forecasting and management of KPI’s
Review and act on touch points to identify opportunities for sales growth – including bestsellers, category traffic, top product views, abandonment etc.
Maintain updated visitor strategy to ensure traffic to the site is strategically balanced
Staff responsibility for Performance Marketing Manager and Visual Merchandiser
Key Requirements
Previous work experience from a similar role - including an understanding of the US market
An enthusiastic, self-starting, and reflective nature
Solution-focused personality and ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Commercial and data-driven mindset
Positive attitude and optimistic worldview
Desire to achieve goals through teamwork
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics in regular terms
