Dyson is about better ideas and better technologies, as the E-Commerce Trading Executive you will play an important part, supporting our implementation of Direct Sales strategy.
About the role
The eCommerce Trading Executive will be responsible for supporting the overall trading and sales on the Direct Webshop for four markets in the Nordics region (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway).
Working with the Trading Manager, he/she will plan, lead, and deliver projects to drive the continuous improvement of the onsite experience and support the growth of the Webshop channel as part of the wider Direct business.
Working with a cross functional team both within Nordics and with Group functions, he/she will coordinate to drive relevant KPIs:
E-commerce equation: ‘Sessions, conversion rate, Average Order Value’
Additionally, will also be holding critical web shop performance (Vol, GM and TP) along with close coordination of Webshop Experience manager to drive SEO performance, digital NPS et.
Main Accountabilities:
Support the end-to-end planning, starting with stock requests, promotions and sessions ask required for the growth and driving E-commerce equation to focus on sessions, conversion rate and average order value.
Work cross-functionally to achieve a seamless customer journey between traffic driving channels, onsite, eCommerce fulfilment and customer services.
Working closely with Group teams to launch key Direct exclusive campaigns or projects which contribute to growing the Direct business.
Fulfil other duties as required

About you
Previous experience (2-3 years) in eCommerce or digital roles in industries such as consumer electronics, consumer appliances, FMCG or comparable.
Experience of working in a sales driven environment with daily pacing
Experience working closely with and partnering with cross functional teams especially, Research and Insights, Digital Analytics, Product Owner, Creative and Category teams.
Experience in a highly dynamic environment
Knowledge and understanding of major analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Decibel etc
Knowledge and understanding of the principles of SEO
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Able to organise own priorities and those of the team to align with business priorities
Project Management: scheduling, tracking, reporting
Works based on data but confident to trust on gut feel when time is essential
Articulate, able to communicate their vision and plans to others verbally and in writing
Confident and strong influencer who must be ready to take on battles and win
Self starter who sees things to completion
