Economics Student for a temporary post as Controller - Kollmorgen

Our Controller will be on parental leave and we are now looking for you who can cover for him during the period 1/5-30/9 (with some flexibility). You will have a few days of training before that. Maybe you are a master student within economics that can work 50% in May and September, 100 % in June-August and want one week off in the summer?

Kollmorgen is a global company which develops motion control and Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) systems and works with customers in many different industries all over the world.

Kollmorgen Automation is a part of Kollmorgen and we have our Swedish headquarter in Mölndal. The target is to provide world leading technology for the rapidly growing market of AGVs and Mobile Robots. About 100 employees are working with product development, professional services, sales, marketing and finance. 

About the temporary post as a Controller
As a Controller, you will be a part of our Finance Department, consisting of four people who report to the United States. The temporary position will include parts of what our Controller does today, such as:

- Accounts receivable management (send invoices, register payments, send reminders)

- Some reporting to our headquarters in the USA (daily basis)
- Various calculations / follow-ups according to wishes within the organization
- Assist with monthly reporting to our Headquarter in USA



In this position, you will also backup during the summer for others in the Finance Department:

- Registration and payment of supplier invoices

- Monthly closing reconciliations



Our business system is Oracle and we report in the HFM and Tagetik systems.

We are looking for you
who has study on a University of Economics and has at least a bachelor's degree. You have a curious mind learning new things and is a team player.

Basic skills required

- Accounting skills

- Knowledge in Excel
- English fluently, both written and verbal



Meritorious

- If you speak and understand Swedish
