Then join our Sharing and Documentation team to publish and communicate retail solutions from the Global Home Furnishing and Retail Design (HF&RD) team with all IKEA co-workers across the world.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be supporting the HF&RD team in the publication of the latest solutions on Common Retail Solutions, on IKEA Toolbox. Using your communication expertise to ensure content is engaging, exciting and simple to understand– always with the user in mind.

You will edit content to secure a good level of English, that adheres to the IKEA tone of voice and IKEA written communication standards. Always considering the users’ needs so that content is simple and understandable

More job specific key tasks and responsibilities
• Share & document solutions produced by the Retail Solutions and Retail Design Lab team on Common Retail Solutions.
• Support the HF&RD team with communication and engagement best practices
• Edit content for both documentation (backgrounds, introduction, etc.) and awareness-creating outreach (social media yammer posts)
• Support the development of new content formats and new ways of reaching out to users.
• Edit print and digital publications related to Home Furnishing & Retail Design to:
o ensure that they meet the Inter IKEA Systems written communication standards,
o secure that they are clear, consistent and credible,
o improve readability through correct spelling, grammar and layout and the use of words and terms
• Update & maintain the sharing platform in collaboration with HFRD team by making sure ongoing content solutions and documentation changes are uploaded and made in the right way at the right time, according to business and user needs
• Work across functions within INGKA Group and in good collaboration with other IKEA businesses

This is a permanent position located at Malmö, Sweden. Working on the Sharing and Documentation Team for Home Furnishing Retail Design in Market Support.
