Editorial Coordinator

Your Future
- Follow the schedule for the dates of shoots
- Help prepare the shooting schedule along side the Creative Director and Head of Merchandising
- Gather the samples on time for the Creative Director
- Analyse mood-boards and prepare all necessary details for the shoots
- Organize travel times
- Negotiate with locations/partners for best offers in order to stay within the budget
- Secure shooting permits for desired global locations
- Assist the Creative Director with making mood-boards and sending ideas for the latest trends
Your Skills
- Impeccable planning and organisation skills
- You enjoy working independently but you are also a team person
- Always willing to push yourself to a new level
- You are full of initiatives
- You follow the latest trends
- Ambition to learn and grow
- Strong English Language, knowledge in Swedish would be an advantage
Your Past
- Previous work in a relatively similar position in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proven track record of delivering results on time and in a structured manner
