We are looking for an Editorial project lead who will be responsible for managing content production of editorial- and tactical campaigns in both paid and owned channels.
You are the centre point, responsible for organising and planning internal resources and ensuring that productions are planned budgeted and delivered on time.
Moreover, you will be responsible for editorial communication calendar, ensuring it’s kept up to date by working closely with an internal cross functional team
What you´ll do
You work in a cross functional team together with copywriters, art directors as well as other project leads to ensure that toolkits being developed for editorial content and tactical campaigns that can be activated by Polestar’s local markets.
Other tasks:
• Connect and sync stakeholders and channel owners regarding upcoming campaigns, activities and events.
• Organise and lead editorial core team meetings with key stakeholders within Marketing, Brand, PR and Communications and decide on editorial activations.
• Drive cross functional communication calendar with publication schedule, in close alignment with channel specialist
• Set up temporary creative teams for planning and creation of new ideas for editorial activations, campaigns and other activities.
Who you are
We believe you are a people person that quickly build relationships, you are also process-focused, with an eye for detail. You have a solid understanding of project management in an editorial way of working, you can multi-task, and you’re hands-on. You have a proven track record of influencing and delivering - you bring your teams together and see to that you all deliver on time. Last but not least, you embrace change and truly believe that the future is digital. Ultimately, you should be able to help drive our efforts to achieve the business plan.
