We are looking for a Customer success manager- Education, who will support educators, schools, organizations and ideas that pave the way for transforming how we teach students and how we build the next generation of digital leaders. Overall Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide sales and program management excellence in the Google for Education team, strategizing with sales partners to drive business growth. You will work directly with customers, coordinate internal resources, and construct successful business-aligned strategies at account and territory level. You will concentrate on growing the market presence by acquiring new customers, expanding existing customer relationships and driving adoption of Google for Education products and offerings. You´re a confident presenter who is also capable of investigating fine details to solve issues affecting account satisfaction, while also being comfortable meeting with customers to cultivate relationships. You will oversee all aspects of the sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork.
Top Responsibilities:
• Lead and implement complete go-to-market propositions in the education sector. Build and implement strategies to drive growth in the market.
• Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to the customer and Partners.
• Work with wider teams to develop and drive pipeline, and devise strategies to meet transformation goals for key customers, as well as working with Google for Education Partners to develop partner knowledge; and build a pipeline of customers.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
• Min. 3 years hands on experience from the education sector
• Understanding of Google for Education offering and solutions
• Ability to speak and write in English and Norwegian fluently and idiomatically
Nice to hae Skills/Qualifications:
• Experience with developing go-to market plans
• Demonstrated analytical and strategic capabilities with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and develop creative solutions
• Ability to isolate issues and gather necessary resources to meet customer needs
• Effective pitching and presentation skills
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Public Sector and school leaders
