Software and Electronics Platform (SWEP) – Solution Support department does everything they can to support the Agile Release Trains in the best way they can. They are divided into four different areas: Business, Factory, Safety and Cyber Security. This position is for the Business team.


Within Team Business the organization is supported with Change Management, Quality Management and with coordination of vehicle releases. Change Leaders are working with improving the efficiency of the internal processes both within the SWEP organization and cross functionally within R&D. The Education Coordinators support the implementation of the improvement initiatives and are also working with education planning on different levels for employees. The Solution Quality Leaders are supporting the organization to improve the quality of products. The Release leaders are supporting with coordination and planning related to vehicle releases. Volvo Cars is dedicated to building cross-functional and empowered teams and an agile environment where they learn every day, challenge each other and give continuous feedback.


We are is now looking for an additional Education Coordinator to strengthen the team within the education area.


What will you do?
You will plan and coordinate educations within SWEP and for some educations also be responsible for coordinating cross Research and Development. You will support in strategic decisions regarding education need and start-up of new trainings, and you will be part of the education coordinator network. You will gather information on trainings and visualise available trainings for the SWEP unit.


You and your skills
You have at least a B.Sc. or equivalent, engineering background and you have great coordination and networking skills. You are analytical and data-driven and you communicate well in English. Knowledge in arranging educations and experience within Automotive is meritorious.


You are a self-driven team player who likes taking responsibility and ownership. You take a structured approach to your work and drives results. Collaboration and swift communication feel natural to you, and you actively seek inspiration and influences to continuously improve your work methods. You share your know-how and expertise, contribute where you can, and you are also not afraid to ask for help when you need it. At the same time, you have no problem stating your own opinion, and setting high standards and expectations.
