We are looking for a Product Manager who is excited about our mission and about working in a smart and creative environment to maintain, improve, and enlarge the Arduino Education family of products. Core Responsibilities
As a product manager, you will define, own, and communicate the product strategy for a chosen line of education products. From concept, into development, to execution in markets and for maintenance, you act as a product manager. Working with a cross functional team, you empower innovation through your product management skills, delivering the best possible product. This includes teacher and student material, and supports both pre-and post-sales.
Key Responsibilities include:
Owning and communicating the product vision/roadmap and being the primary point of contact
Being a strong member of the product team throughout the full development process, ensuring that the product meets its intended goals
Partnering with a number of Arduino team members to ensure that the product is delivered on time and to our high-quality standards
Once launched, ensuring and coordinating any necessary maintenance
Seeking and acting on market feedback throughout the product lifecycle to maximise product usage and impact
Meeting agreed metrics for the product’s success against revenue and usage
Being a product expert in partnership with sales and adoption teams as needed, to articulate the value and benefit of the product together with sales and marketing

Personal Skills
Interest and experience in EdTech
Excellent team working skills, with the ability to set and monitor goals
Strong verbal and written communications - fluent English is essential
Highly motivated, confident, resilient, and a positive attitude
Passion for Arduino products and technology
Experience in product management, including physical and digital components



Location: Malmo, Sweden or Turin, Italy
