Education & Training Master Pillar Leader

We are now looking for a new Education & Training Master Pillar Leader to strengthen our education and training team within Tetra Pak Packaging Material Supply Chain Operations in Lund.

As a master Pillar Leader we can offer you a position where you will coordinate a global education and training network to implement World Class Manufacturing (WCM) to improve packaging material operations.

The education and training network that you coordinate discuss and collaborate to implement methods, tools, sharing best practice and eradicating gaps of skills.In this position you will also work with the global training strategy in the team to sustain and improve the core skills and lead and coordinate the WCM Global trainings.

As additional activities you will have the opportunity to visit factories and meet local Pillars and have coaching, auditing and progress follow up.You will provide support in terms of examples, best practise and training initiatives.Furthermore you will participate actively in WCM team meeting concerning strategic and tactical discussions.

Kvalifikationer

We are looking for a person with a high drive, an innovative and positive attitude who feels comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.You should be a very good communicator with excellent presentation skills, passionate about developing, motivating and able to establishing long term relations.You have a combination of analytical and practical skills and like to lead initiatives and drive activities independently.

For this position a University degree is preferable and you need to have experience from communicating with large groups of people as well as coordinating events.A good understanding of packaging material processes and a solid background in WCM or other similar improvement methodologies such as 6 Sigma and TPM would be considered as an advantage.Fluency in English both written and spoken is expected and knowledge of other foreign languages is regarded as a merit.
