Educational Systems Analyst/Researcher, Temporary - Europe Our client is one of the world's largest search engines and one of the most-visited sites on the internet.They have operations in most major European markets.They are looking for a temporary Analyst/Researcher who, as part of a larger research project, will conduct research on target universities including recruiting timelines, processes and activities.This analyst/researcher will have project management skills, analytical "horsepower" and business judgment. We are looking for self-starters who can work in a rapidly changing industry, tolerate ambiguity and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Responsibilities: .Research and analyze the educational landscape in key markets. .Analyze research data and synthesize raw information into insights and recommendations..Clearly report findings from initiatives back to Campus Programs Specialist on a regular basis (possibly daily)..Own part of a larger initiative with detailed project guidelines and deliverables. Requirements: .Analytical work experience, consulting experience preferred..Experience/understanding of university educational systems preferred..Distinctive research, problem solving and analytic skills..Ability to communicate with findings to all levels of the organisation..Superior Microsoft Excel modeling skills and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with database query (e.g.MS Access) and statistical analysis..Must be extremely well organized with attention to detail and capable of handling multiple projects and ad hoc requests for information simultaneously..Proven history of self-direction, creativity and ability to meet deadlines..Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills..Fluency in English and at least one of these languages; French, Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch, Danish, Portuguese, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish.
