eHR Coordinator

The Central HR function within AB Tetra Pak supports our companies with expert knowledge in all the areas of HR.We are now looking for an eHR Coordinator to support our eHR users within the Tetra Pak companies in Sweden.

In the position you will be the main contact person for the eHR users in Sweden and also our contact person against the Global eHR team.

Your tasks will be to:

-Support the Swedish HR organisation in Swedish eHR functionalities related to Swedish laws and regulations.
- Give training to local HR and managers in Swedish e-HR functionalities and Manager Self Services.
- Test existing and new functionalities when upgrading, maintaining or implementing new development in the e-HR system.
- Update user manuals and guidelines.
- Coordinate eHR communication within Sweden
- Coordinate the Swedish eHR administration including support in creating reports.


Kvalifikationer

To be a successful candidate you will have an interest in working with systems and support users in a service minded way.You also need to be communicative and flexible.If you have a couple of years experience in working with SAP/ eHR or payroll this will be considered as a merit.

Confidentiality is highly valued in the position as you will have access to critical information related to employees.

You need to be fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
