You will influence proactive change by coaching management and employees to ensure delivery of applicable SGRE, customer and local requirements. You will contribute to ensuring that all incidents and near misses are recorded, reported and investigated in accordance with company procedures. Hereafter all corrective actions are identified, implemented, monitored, and reviewed.
The position is onshore based and travel between the sites within the SFB region will be routine, often necessitating overnight stays. Limited European travel may also be required. The role will involve interface and collaboration with internal stakeholders across the business, third party contractors and customers.
