About the role

We are now looking for an EHS Manager to join the Global Operations team. In this role you will be responsible to oversee Environment, Health, and Safety at our plants and warehouses in Sweden and Germany. You will also collaborate with other EHS managers within the Coloplast group.

You will be reporting to SVP Global Operations. The role is full time and based at our production and R&D site in Hörby and/or the headquarters in Hyllie.

Your responsibilities


• Ensure compliance with environmental and workplace safety regulations, managing permits and required reporting both internally in the group as well as with local authorities
• Sustainability reporting
• Develop, implement and maintain ISO 14001 management system
• Manage dangerous goods and chemical databases
• Support organization to continuously improve work safety and environmental footprint



Your experience


• No specific educational background required, but training within EHS is required
• 5-10 years of experience within EHS
• Experience from ISO 14001 and preferably also OHSAS 18001 management systems

Your professional skills


• Project management
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English. German is an advantage.

 

Your performance goals


• Develop and implement ISO 14001 management system
• In collaboration with the rest of the organization, continuously improve work safety and environmental KPIs
