EHS Project Manager D&IS (254824)

We are now looking for an EHS Project Manager to our product line Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS).
You will report to EHS Manager D&IS

EHS Project Managers main functions are:
As EHS Project Manager you work together with your colleagues in the other product lines you ensure managers have the right training and awareness and reports as a part of their decision making and acting according to Alstom requirements, Swedish legal and Customer requirements. To do this you continuously work to ensure processes and tools are updated and fit for business purpose.

Develop agile EHS country specific processes to support
- Business reporting by ensuring assigned IT tools are fit for purposes and well in use, update, and maintenance of TIA.
- provide training material and self-learning instructions for managers and employees
- act as an EHS developer in Country/business programs by improving agile EHS plans and review methods (BAS-U)

Site managers and line managers rely on you to support them to work according to defined processes.
- You will facilitate and advise managers to become self-sufficient in their activities such as Risk assessments, Safety
Walks and 5S methods
- To train and work as project manager supporting line managers to ensure a systematic approach and Alstom zero
deviation program is implemented
- Act as support and developer of EHS programs in business projects BasU and BasP.
- Coach managers to become self-steering by providing training, support in accident investigation, risk assessments,
behaviour based safety, 5S and safety walks, Root cause analysis.

Review and audit
- Be an auditor and support to line managers to fulfil their self-assessments
- Develop country specific tools to make self-assessment and audits reports to fit into global reporting

Reporting
- Ensure key figures are in place in time and records kept in the right place
- Support line managers with analysis and reports

Skills and experience we are looking for:
You will need to work independently but also have diplomatic team skills to be able to smoothly coordinate and include the managers in their work in these matters. We are looking for you who have excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish (written and oral). We would like you to have previous experience related to risk, such as electricity/ electromagnetic fields, radiation, hardware/ software laboratories and high-risk areas.
