Our Global customer needs an consultant working 80% as a Finance Manager (maternity cover) for a period of about 1 year in Lindome!

Function:
As Finance Manager you will manage the financial bookkeeping of the Sales Office in Scandinavia and monthly reporting of the sales office in Poland, ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations and an accurate and timely reporting in order to contribute to the sound financial management of Nitto EMEA and to provide the management with all necessary information to support their decision making.

Next to the financial bookkeeping, you will also be responsible for the general and personnel administration.

Your responsibilities:
• Financial reporting and controlling:
• Day to day accounting for Scandinavia.
• Maintain and develop the procedures to ensure timely preparation of the financial and management reporting.
• Manage, improve and enhance efficiency of the management reporting.
• Perform monthly closing for Nitto Scandinavia and Poland.
• Prepare the Swedish annual accounts.
• Coordinate proper corporate governance procedures and internal control measures.
• Prepare and book the payroll for the staff of Sweden.

• Budgeting and forecasting process (Scandinavia & Poland):
• Coordinate the preparation of annual and semi-annual budgets.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis.
• Control of the operational expenses.

• Tax, audit and legal planning:
• Liaison with tax consultants for enforcing tax compliance requirements and tax planning including corporate income tax, VAT, property taxes, etc.
• Cooperate with the legal counsel and external lawyers in view of legal compliance.
• Cooperate with external auditors.

Your profile:
• You have minimum a bachelor´s degree in Finance and/or Accounting and have ideally obtained a full professional accountancy qualification or equivalent by experience.

• Good knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• You have 3-5 years´ experience in reporting preferably within the finance department of an industrial service company.
• You have excellent technical accounting skills and knowledge.
• You have an analytical mind and you are hands-on.
• You are able to work independently.
• You are able to deliver an important contribution to the EMEA finance team and show enthusiasm, persuasion and determination.
• You are a communicative, social person and are fluent in Swedish and English.

The maternity cover will be for a fixed period starting as soon as possible till end of November 2021
