The role as Financial Assistant
This is a great possibility for you who wants to broaden your practical experience within finance. Maybe you recently studied finance or have gained one or two years of experience as financial assistant. You will be part of a highly competent Accounting team of colleagues, always ready to support each other. The team is today a team of 7 committed colleagues, both accountants and financial assistants. The team is based in Stockholm, Sweden and is led by the Head of Accounting and Financial Control.
In the role of financial assistant, you will work with reservations/accruals of supplier invoices. You will work in the system Basware, support and collaborate with the accounting department with various administrative tasks.

Have completed high-school or university education in economics
Have one or a few years’ experience of invoice processing
Have good knowledge of Excel
Have good knowledge of Swedish and English

Start date: as per agreement, preferably in April/May
Placement: our office at Vasagatan 16, Stockholm. We provide some flexibility of remote work.
Scope: permanent employment, full-time
