Job description.

The assignment as a financial Assistant is divided between two different areas, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) in Finance Department.

50% Support the process of timely and correct settlement of travel related expenses, AP

50% Support the process in Account Receivable as order release for customers, AR.

Key responsibilities

* Support Travel expense and Company Credit card usage claim on time

* Control and approve all employees travel expenses

* Manually manage blocked orders for customers

Location: Kista, Stockholm

Working hours: Weekdays, office hours

Duration: The assignment is 1 year with possible extension for the right candidate. Experis will offer you a permanent employment.

Your profile.

* University degree, preferably in Finance, Business or related fields is highly meritorious

* Minimum of 3 years finance and management work experience

* Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience, preferable in big companies

* Experience of utilizing SAP R/3 software is highly seditious. Experience from other accounting system may be sufficient.

* Microsoft Office, Excel

* English both written and spoken is mandatory, Swedish is highly meritorious
