Academic Work söker för kunds räkning en Ekonomiassistent på heltid Företagsbeskrivning: Ett nystartat EU institut som söker förstärkning.Job Description Finance Assistant/Ekonomi Assistent: The consultant will work in the Mission and Meeting unit and perform following tasks: -Verify invoices (i.e.against orders and budgets) -Monitor meeting budgets -Processing reimbursements -Bookings of air tickets and hotels -Assist in other general travel arrangements Tjänsten ingår i vår uthyrningsverksamhet vilket innebär att du kommer att vara anställd av Academic Work men arbeta ute hos en av våra kunder Qualifications and experiences required: - A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma; - Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience; - Proven experience and knowledge in the areas mentioned in the job description; - Good knowledge and understanding of financial processes and financial systems; - Thorough knowledge in English, both spoken and written; - Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook); - Discretion in handling confidential information; - Good administrative skills Start date: Immediately, for three months with very good possibility to extension.Working conditions: Full time position, 8 hours/day.
