Main Purpose of the Role

The main assignment is at least 12 months and shall support and coordinate credit controlling activities within the Nordic branches (Sweden, Denmark and Norway). The office is in Lund.

Main Responsibilities:

• Making sure our dealer’s AP matches our AR and that our statements are in order
• Main contact for dealer queries (phone, e-mail)
• Main contact towards our SSC:s in Poland and India, within area of responsibility
• Regular monitoring of our dealer’s credit worthiness
• Handle the dunning and statement process
• Regular and ad hoc reporting of AR status and overdues
• Evaluate our current process and suggest improvements going forward
• Give input to the company´s Nordic’s Credit policy
• Responsible for our bank warranty process (monitor status, storage, etc)
• Potential project / implementation leader of new process and/or partnership

Qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience required:

• Accounting and Credit controlling experience is required
• High level of responsibly and coordination of the assigned activities
• Good knowledge of SAP/FI and MS office
