We are now looking for an eLearning content developer to strengthen our Axis Communications Academy team in Lund.

Axis Communications Academy offers an extensive training program to educate our partners on how to design and implement smart solutions with Axis products, technology and unique capabilities.

As eLearning content developer , your main responsibility will be to design, develop and implement online learning content, but also to further improve Axis online learning concept going forward.

We are looking for a flexible and driven team player who can work both independently and in a highly collaborative team. The ability to finalize projects successfully and according to set time plan is essential in this position.

Your responsibilities will be (but are not limited) to:

Further develop Axis online learning strategy for a global market based on learning needs and business goals Design and develop learning material for different online formats and platforms (e.g. self-paced, learning tracks, blended learning) Work in a Learning Management System (LMS) Own and manage our XML based authoring tool Own and manage a certification test software Review and use other authoring tools if needed Build templates and guidelines for online content development Instruct others in the use of templates, publishing standards and authoring tools
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: We believe you have a relevant master's degree or equivalent and at least five years documented experience from developing online training material in an international environment. You have excellent skills in using authoring tools (e.g. xml, articulate/storyline, captivate) and are proficient with assessment, test and survey development tools. You also have long experience from managing and working within a Learning Management System (LMS).

You have advanced creative design skills and a passion for instructional design with a strong pedagogical focus and the ability to explain technically complex features in a user-friendly way. You are proficient and have long experience in working in design tools e.g. Adobe creative suite.

We believe that you are curious when it comes to new technologies and have a desire to constantly learn and develop new skills.

Your English is excellent and you can express yourself in a professional way, both written and spoken, as all course material is developed in English.

Experience from Network video/IP surveillance and topics such as networks, design considerations, camera technology and image usability is a great advantage.
