Who are we?


Fuel Cell Vehicle Engineering is a recently formed organization with approximately 50 people today, but we are expected to grow. Our ambition is to create a cost efficient and user-friendly Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle. We are a small team filled with energetic people who are focused on delivering to our customers.

Purpose:
Develop Electrical Architecture/systems needed for a user-friendly Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle with competitive total cost of ownership.
Lead Electrical Architecture/systems development and manage the cross functional work to ensure wanted results.
Driving deliveries from different stakeholders
Coordinating with the project team to ensure correct deliveries at the right time with the right quality.

We are looking for a person with a positive mind-set who is motivated to work against clear goals and not afraid of taking lead and actions when needed.

Qualification & Experience:

Education
M.Sc. Engineering or equivalent


Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with vehicle/powertrain product development
Minimum 5 years of experience leading development work
Experience in leading product development with external partners
Knowledge in viewing and analysis of CREO CAD Modules/Routing
Knowledge in developing Electrical architecture/harness layouts in MS Visio
Experience of using Saber



Knowledge
Very good product knowledge of commercial vehicles, in the areas of complete vehicle and vehicle integration
Fluent in English, verbally and in writing

Competence
Well known for “making it happen” in excellent collaboration with internal and external partners
Action orientated - Readily acts on challenges, without unnecessary planning or guidance
Very good communication skills and being comfortable in making clear recommendations in complex matters.
