Electrical Assembly Engineer
(1) Familiar with software, hardware and assembly standards of battery module PACK automated assembly line of Oems
(2) Proficient in electronic technology knowledge, able to understand electrical schematics, and understand PLC control principles;
(3) Familiar with automation or electrical control assembly, familiar with electrical system wiring of automation equipment; Proficient in identifying electrical drawings, completing wiring and inspection of automation equipment based on electrical drawings;
(4) Responsible for electrical installation standards and inspection rules, reviewing the process of cable and wiring design drawings; Design and prepare electrical assembly process documents for cables and wiring; Develop process quotas, conduct process reviews, develop, design, and apply process equipment; Production site process technical support, process quality management, process discipline supervision and inspection;
(5) Capable of leading the joint debugging and testing of equipment between the upper and lower sequences, responsible for preliminary inspection and analysis of components with quality abnormalities during the assembly process, and proposing improvement suggestions based on assembly requirements to adjust the discovered problems;
(6) Troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment circuit faults;
(7) Optimization of wiring specifications and standards;
(8) Execution and improvement of electrical related safety work.
(9) At least 1 year experience in electrical assembly and debugging of lithium battery module PACK non-standard automatic assembly line.
