Business Unit Liquid Food (BULF) is responsible for development and manufacturing of solutions, branded processing units and key components for the processing of liquid foods within beverage and prepared food. We work closely with our clusters and customers to understand their true needs. To secure that we create and convey our solutions that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its Customers. BULF has approx. 520 employees in seven main sites: Sweden, China, USA, India, Singapore, Switzerland and Denmark.


This position will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena.

What you will do
As an Electrical Designer, you will work with electrical engineering of our Branded Processing Units. Today we are a team of eight electrical designers that produces over 1000 unique control cabinet orders every year (IEC and UL standard). Our role is to design and prepare orders for production at our sub suppliers worldwide. You will join an experienced design team that delivers solid and efficient technical solutions using standardised components and solutions.


You will focus on:
Electrical design in orders of our food processing equipment
Electrical design in development projects within current and future platforms
Work with continuous improvement within our tools and templates for selected products


Who you are
You are a service-minded person with high liability and excellent communication skills. You have a strong driving force, and you are structured and flexible. Furthermore, you can work independently as well as with others. You take responsibility of your deliveries and execute according to plan.


We believe you have:
Previous experience with databased design platforms, preferably Eplan P8.
An interest of working with continuous improvement of tools and methods.
A background/education within electrical engineering or automation is considered a merit.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must.
