Scope:
Design creative concepts for space and cost saving integration of power electronics.
Develop new solutions especially for power electronics for high speed/ high frequency electric drive units
Support PCB production and electronic component procurement
Participate in developing FPGA based integrated inverters and DC-DC converters for automotive applications
Design with functional safety in mind
Manage building of prototypes and small series production incl. functional tests
Create project result documentation and customer reports
Monitor industry standards for relevant areas
Create white papers and customer reports



Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience from engineering, preferably from the automotive industry
Experience of system development of electric drive modules
Experience designing and routing HV Power Electronics (DC-DC Converter, Inverter and Charging Infrastructure)
Simulation software for ex. Ansys/Plecs/Spice
Language skills: Mandatory; English

Good to have:
Experience with customer interaction for example OEM’s.
Familiar with vehicle system requirements incl. relevant standards
Knowledge with high switching frequencies, soft switching and gate drive circuitry
It’s an advantage if you have experience with EMI/EMC and filter design
Strong interest in functional and spatial integration of power and control electronics
