Electrical Engineer
Role Context:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role throughout all phases of our projects, from feasibility studies to execution. You will have the opportunity to lead smaller projects and collaborate closely with a diverse range of engineering disciplines. Your responsibilities will vary depending on the project stage, offering a dynamic and fulfilling work experience.
What You Will Do:
Guide your team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, ensuring the successful achievement of project goals.
Efficiently manage and allocate team resources, including our global workshare resources, to enhance project outcomes.
Work closely with other disciplines within Worley to ensure seamless integration and alignment across the customer’s project portfolio.
Oversee the quality assurance processes for electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Provide guidance and support to less experienced engineers, helping them grow and excel in their roles while ensuring their tasks are completed effectively.
What You’ll Bring:
A BSc degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
Proficiency in engineering and design within electrical engineering, along with experience in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, electrical application programs, and cable calculation programs.
Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
Bonus Points For:
Experience in the process, paper, nuclear power, or refinery industry.
