About Senior Material (Europe) AB
In March 2021 Senior has expanded its business in Europe and established its European operation headquarters in Eskilstuna Sweden. A large-scale manufacturing plant that will be equipped with high-automated production lines of both wet-process base film and coating has left the drawing table and will be realized in the coming years. For this venture, we are staffing the entire production as well as engineering departments.

We are looking for Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering team in support our operations at Senior Europe.
What you will be doing :
As Electrical Engineer and the first key member in our Engineering team at Senior Europe, you will manage some extraordinary tasks and have the unique opportunity to work broadly and develop yourself.
•You will work closely with the project team and electrical engineers at our headquarter in China as well as contractors and the local power company to develop and optimize the electrical substation and power distribution grid at the factory
•You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the LV- and MV electrical installation, to ensure contractors are performing the work in high quality and timely
•You will act as the client representative at electrical inspections, arranging 3rd party inspections at pre-determined milestones to ensure that the electrical installation complies with the construction drawings and contracted deliverables, carrying out regular inspection of electrical contractor's quality control program and installations
•You will, together with electrical engineers from the project team in China, witness the commissioning of electrical MV- or LV switchgear and electrical MCCs and distribution boards
•You will be responsible for the handover of the electrical documentation
•You will, together with engineers in China, act as a counterpart towards equipment suppliers to ensure integration into the factory when it comes to power demand

To be Successful we believe you have:
• You have a "can-do"- attitude and result-oriented mindset
• University degree within electrical engineering or relevant areas or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering and maintenance from large manufacturing industries
• Project management/Planning of major industrial projects involving the development of power distribution grids are strongly merited
• Experience in construction installation of robust power distribution systems to meet high requirements on reliability, availability, and maintainability
• Comprehensive understanding and applied knowledge of relevant Swedish Regulatory and industry standards
• SAP PM module end-user knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication skill, report writing and a strong team player
• Experience working in an international- and cross-cultural environment
•Language skills: fluent English and Swedish, Chinese is a plus but not must
