Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Engineer, you will work mainly with departments and functions related to Maintenance, Reliability, and Technology & Operation to improve operational reliability, availability, and functionality in the Steelworks. You will both lead and participate in various projects.
Your role includes:
Optimization / development / troubleshooting of process control using logging tools, e.g. Iba, Argus.
Optimization / development of operational reliability.
Develop UH routines and run improvement groups.
Specify needs of spare parts and replacement of equipment.
Suggest necessary machine improvements.
Competence development / training of UH personnel.
Participate in process groups.
Responsible for ensuring that root cause analysis is carried out in accordance with set requirements.
Participate in projects.
Ensure that documentation is updated.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.
If necessary, be part of an emergency group.

Additional qualifications:
Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
Work experience in electrical & automation work (control / drive system), as well as operational safety work and technology development in heavy industry.
Very good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office and UH systems.
Good knowledge in report writing and investigative work.
Good command of Swedish and English languages.
