Overview:
As an Electrical Engineer in Wind Power, you will be responsible for the technical oversight of renewable energy projects, with a strong emphasis on wind power. This role involves managing supplier relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians, and collaborating closely with business development, project planning, and proposal management teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work within dynamic, large-scale organizations and play a key role in advancing our renewable energy objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee renewable energy projects, with a focus on wind and solar energy. Lead teams of engineers and technicians, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
Supplier Coordination: Manage and collaborate with external suppliers—preferably with experience working with major industry suppliers like Siemens, Nordex, and GE—to ensure equipment and services meet technical standards and project requirements.
Business Development Support: Work closely with the business development team to identify project opportunities, prepare technical proposals, and contribute to strategic planning.
Team Leadership & Recruitment: Recruit, develop, and lead a skilled team of technicians and engineers. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Technical Expertise: Leverage your extensive knowledge of the energy sector, especially wind power, to provide technical guidance and support across project phases.
Proposal and Offer Management: Prepare, review, and manage project proposals and offers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy sector, specifically in wind power and renewable energy projects. Experience with suppliers such as Siemens, Nordex, and GE is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Skills: Proven ability to manage large projects and lead multidisciplinary teams. Strong project planning, coordination, and business development skills are essential.
Languages: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Turkish is strongly preferred, as it is essential for effective communication with subcontractors and the client's personnel.
