We are looking for a motivated personality as an Electrical Engineer for our data centers in Sweden with immediate effect, with profound knowledge in design and implement complex industrial, commercial, and domestic electrical systems.
To do well in this role you should be a licensed professional engineer and have extensive experience as an electrical engineer.
As our Electrical Engineer (m/f/x) at GreenGridLabs AB, you will be working in our data centers in Sweden with the following responsibilities:
Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial and commercial purposes.
Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
Conferring with suppliers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials. Additionally procuring the correct suppliers and electrical equipment that meets the specifications.
Supervising or training project team members.
Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.
Maintaining electrical equipment.
Working with a variety of technicians.
You are responsible for the electrical inspection reports in relation to the Swedish standards.
You are the contact person for all questions about the electrics of the site managers
You have a trained eye for improvement and feel comfortable in situations where you can implement your own ideas.
Requirements (must have):
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering degree from an accredited school.
Licensed as a professional engineer and HV electrician.
Experienced and licensed for work on all ranges of voltages from Low voltage (400v) to high voltage (130kv) and upward
Experienced in planning, engineering and installing diverse Low/medium/high voltage installations.
Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.
Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
Proficient in design and calculation software.
Experience in project management
Experience in contract negotiations
Very good English language skills
High level of commitment and ability to work independently.
Very good computer skills (MS Office)
Good self-organisation as well as conscientious, independent work and a strong sense of duty and responsibility.
Car driving licence
Residence permit and work permit for Sweden is required
Willingness to travel around Sweden/Scandinavia
Type of employment:
Permanent employment (6-month probationary period).
Working hours: Full-time
Remuneration: By agreement
Holidays: 25 days/year
Planned starting date: As soon as possible
Location: Sweden (central/north and northern)
