The role of the Electrical Site Supervisor is to support the Site Manager in the organization and co-ordination of site-based activities and to lead and co-ordinate teams of Electrical Engineering trade professionals on site. The Supervisor will be responsible for tracking and recording of site daily activities and progress. They will lead their teams to deliver to quality, on time and to budget in a safe and efficient manner. They will deal with obstacles and develop team capacity.

The current project is located just outside of Gävle where a construction of a server complex will be your first assignment.

Requirements

- Higher education as an engineer or similar

- Can interpret schematics and electrical drawings

- Previous experience from the field of electrical work

- Fluent in swedish and english

To be sucessful as an electrical site supervisor you need to have great social- and communications skills since you will have a lot of contact with different people throughout your working days, from underentrepreneurs to your own team. Furthermore as a leader you have to be decisive when needed, confront issues with structure and action at the same time as you see your team as the most valuable resource in order to reach greatness.

Since our customer is working across northen europe, you have to have excellent skills in the english language.
