Electrical Engineer to Cellink

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute work tasks according to project management
- Create concepts implementing technical requirements and evaluate accordingly
- Perform detailed design of concepts in terms of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly
- Prototype and evaluate the electrical design in terms of functionality and reliability in subsystem and finished products together with the project team consisting of other engineering disciplines
- Be responsible for a part/design from requirements to the start of manufacturing
- Maintain documentation during the lifetime of the product
- Continued development of skills within the electrical engineering field
- Collaborate with other stakeholders within the organization
- Escalate information of any obstacle to perform any goal, task or responsibility


Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science in Electronics, Automation & Mechanics, Physics, or related field
- 5+ years of electronic design required
- Power electronics design and integration, specifically motion-control platforms, and positioning hardware
- Demonstrated knowledge of the use of electronics test equipment for test, data logging, and test report output
- Oscilloscope (voltage and current probe), DMM, Benchtop power supplies knowledge required
- ECAD knowledge required
- 5+ years of experience in Altium required
- 1-5 years Eagle experience preferred
- Experience with circuit simulation software (LTspice, Altium, or any alternates) required
- Experience with PDN and/or Thermal Analysis tools for PCBA design required
- Demonstrated experience of PCBA release from initial supplier contact to first prototype received and verified
- Demonstrated technical writing and documentation proficiency
- EMC/EMI pre-compliance design, and knowledge of best practices for EMC-based PCBA design required
- Understands standard embedded systems programming languages (C++, Python, Embedded C)
- Knowledge of working in ERP systems
- Manufacturing support experience is preferred
- Mechanical Design and MCAD viewer usage knowledge
