ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Electrical Engineer inour R&D team, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing the electrical components for our next-generation heat pumps. You will lead the creation of prototypes, ensuring they meet rigorous standards and are ready for full-scale production. Your role will involve collaborating closely with other engineering disciplines and external component suppliers, ensuring our products comply with all relevant standards and directives.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
Design and develop electrical solutions for new heat pump products.
Create and test prototypes in our in-house lab to rapidly verify ideas.
Ensure products meet compliance with industry standards and directives.
Collaborate with external suppliers to align on component specifications.
Prepare technical documentation and support the transition to full-scale production.
Drive the development process from concept to commercial launch.
WHO ARE YOU?
We are seeking a motivated electrical engineer with a strong background in designing electrical systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects and contributing to the creation of innovative products.
We are specifically looking for the following:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
At least three to five years of work experience within electrical engineering product development.
Familiarity with the specification, calculation, design, and testing of products and components in a mass-production setting.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
Knowledge within the heat pump industry, Machinery directive, as well as Safety Standards for Household Appliances is a merit.
Personal competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Appreciation for a dynamic organizational scale-up phase, where flexibility and initiative are paramount.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
Ability to lead others in assignments or projects is a plus.
