Electrical Lead

Title: Electrical Lead
Specific Duties would include:
Development of System and test packs using Project Quality Management Software
Review & Witness System Testing, inspection of systems installations and completion of system test pack & hand over dossier
Review Installations for Compliance to clients Quality plans, standards, specification, design, procedures & expectations.
Liaise with the site Construction Teams throughout the installation process
Complete regular site quality audits
Review benchmarks and 1st of Kind Installations.
Implementation of System Inspection & Test Plans
Attend quality meetings with management and subcontractors and report on quality.
The candidate will be a key player in delivering systems safely, to schedule and promote “right the first time”.
Implementation of Company Quality Control systems.



The ideal candidate will have:
Have a right “first time attitude” and a drive to achieve the highest quality at all times.
Electrical Engineering Degree or Time-Served electrical Services Installation Apprenticeship with minimum 2 Year experience
Experience in a similar Quality role would be advantageous
Someone who can work with computers/tablets & with Microsoft office tools, specially Excel
Experience working with Quality software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A clear understanding of all aspects of the delivery of large, high quality construction projects
