We are looking for experienced Electrical or Automation Lead Engineers for projects related to electrical substations, power generation or industrial electrification at all voltage levels. The positions are filled as soon as the right persons are found.


Main tasks and responsibilities:

Tasks include for example

Prepare and maintain project execution plan
Support project manager with project scheduling
Lead and guide design engineers
Interaction with customer and other parties of the project
The tasks may include both office work, remote work and regular site visits
Skills and Qualifications:

Appropriate electrical or automation education (M.Sc. or B.Sc.)
Good cooperation and communication skills
Ability to guide and lead other resources
Experience and knowledge of powerplants, electrical substations or other similar industrial facilities
Basic knowledge of electrification or automation
Fluent spoken and written Finnish or Swedish, and English (other language skills are considered as an advantage)
