Job Title: Electrical Safety Officer
Location: Uppsala, Sweden (onsite)



Job Description

Join Galderma Uppsala's Estate & Service department as an Electrical Safety Officer, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and secure operation of our property portfolio, with a primary focus on electricity. As the designated person for electrical safety, you will uphold compliance with Swedish standards. You will manage electrical installations, carry out installation work, perform troubleshooting and solve problems. You will act as an expert in collaboration with cross-functional teams and projects.



Key Responsibilities

* Your primary focus will be on the operation and management of Galderma Uppsala's property portfolio, emphasizing electricity within a broad scope of responsibilities.
* Serving as the delegate electrical safety officer, you will ensure the company's adherence to electrical safety requirements.
* Responsibilities include conducting essential checks on electrical installations, participating in inspections, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems.
* Continuous improvement initiatives in the electrical domain are also part of your remit.
* Independently handling various activities, and collaborate with other departments, particularly in energy-saving initiatives.
* Ensuring compliance with the ATEX directive.
* Coordinate, inform and, if necessary, lead external suppliers in electrical systems area.
* Keep drawings, documentation and administration related to your role up to date.



Skills & Qualifications

* Relevant education in the field
* Some years of experience working with electrical power, electrical safety, and industry standards.
* Knowledge and awareness of legal requirements related to electrical safety.
* Knowledge of SS-EN50110
* Fluent in Swedish and English.
* Driver's License (B)
* Computer Proficiency
