Electrical Test Engineer to Modis!

Are you the next Electrical Engineer to join the Modis´ team of successful consultants? As a consultant at Modis, you will get the opportunity to work with both large and small organizations and assignments.

About the role

We are now looking for an Electrical Test Engineer for an assignment at one of our multi-national customers. In his role you will perform type testing such as EMC, climatic, mechanical and electrical tests according to various IEC/IEEE standards. Testing is performed during product development, prior to product release and can be done both in the inhouse R&D lab and at external labs.

Your tasks may include:

• Configuration of the product before test according to specifications and standards,
• Establishment of test setup with auxiliary equipment, wiring, and supervision (for example oscilloscopes and PC tools)
• Execution of tests according to standards

You are also expected to report and document test results in Microsoft office tools (Word/Excel) and always have a high focus on electrical safety during the tests.

About you

If you are a passionate team player with the drive to deliver great results, you will fit perfectly at Modis.

We believe that you have a electrical engineering degree with a few years´ experience of testing.

You have:

• Experience from environmental testing standards and procedures like IEC 61000-4 series (EMC), IEC 60068-2 series (Climatic)
• Good knowledge on how to do measurements and practical work with e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters and more.
