Your invitation to help build the future as an Electrochemical Technician.
We are now searching for a methodical and driven person that will contribute to the development of the latest methods and manufacturing of the next generation battery materials.
Your role
Prepare and perform daily manufacturing, testing and quality characterisation of for example lithium-ion cells, coin and pouch cells as well as aqueous dispersions/slurries of battery materials and battery electrodes. The role requires you to be able to interpret data and meet strict guidelines on documentation when recording chemical and technical data. You will also support the upkeep and maintenance of the battery laboratory and commissioning, installing and calibrating new equipment. As well as supporting the development and validation of new testing methods.
Who you are
To be successful in this role you will have experience in a equivalent role in a highly regulated laboratory environment and have a completed Masters degree in either Electrochemistry, Chemistry, Material science or a similar area. You can manage your own workload and work independently as well as collaboratively in cross and multi-culture functional teams. We would also like to see that you're creative and can take the initiative to suggest improvements in the daily work, while also having the confidence to present results, findings and convey technical information to the wider team.
