Electrode Development Manager

Northvolt has an exciting job possibility for an experienced manager specialized in the field om Lithium Ion Battery development. You will be contributing from start to finish in building one of the first large scale European battery factories, which will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.


Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Development of lithium-ion battery for Energy storage, energy vehicle and other applications.
Electrode evaluation and selection for lithium-ion battery
Clarification of technical requirement of electrode between material supplier for electrode and NV cell
designer



Qualifications/education/experience:


BSc, MSc in Chemical and Electrochemical or relevant field or comparable work experience
More than 10 years battery development experience
Experience of material and electrode evaluation for secondary batteries
Specific skills (eg specific programmes, languages, certifications etc)
Excellent English written and oral skills.
Basic electrochemical and material knowledges and material and electrode evaluation skills
Ability to work well with others as well as independently
