ELectrolux is looking for a Technical Trainer Specialist

The role offers:

Key reponsibilities:

• Train service manager and service technician on how to repair product.
• Prepare training material and keep it up to date in line with product evolution and changes.
• Validate service documentation and catalogue
• Support service manager on technical question in the field.
• Attitude in team management, identification of priorities, driving activities and taking decision based on data analysis.
• Capability to influence decision.
• Situational leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Execute training calendar.
• Ensure to qualify properly technician in the field and feedback on their readiness.
• Support to new project to define appropriate training material and program.
• Technical content of service documentation and manuals.
• Product serviceability
• Field testing follow up
• Technical bulleting


It is required a solid technical background (mechanical and electrical), good English knowledge (spoken and written), high interpersonal communication skills, flexibility in travelling.

This role requires:
- very high communication skills to transfer product principles to service technicians in the field;
- deep technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles;
- high flexibility in travelling.
