Electrolux IT - Application Analyst

Introduction: The role is part of Group Applications within Global Business Applications. The team provides support on different Electrolux Group common applications. Objectives: To provide application support and enhancement to users by using internal processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities: To ensure application support of Price Monitoring System is provided to users. Participate, plan, and implement various activities ie: incident resolving, data extraction, handling user queries, documentation, liaise with 3 rd party supplier and enhancements. Additional Responsibilities: Provide Team leader or other management with information when required. Participate in Projects if required.
