Electrolux is a global leader in home appliances and appliances for professional use, The goal is to increase flexibility and speed of delivery in response to business requirements, as well as maintaining a strong relationship with the sectors at both a local and central level, in order to deliver real bottom line benefits to Electrolux.We are now looking for a Business / IT Process Engineer to our office in Stockholm.Job description You will belong to the Group Treasury IT, a part of Business Support CoE.Business Support CoE support different IT solutions like Financial Reporting Systems, Treasury Systems, Data Warehouse, Business intelligence, Group Applications and Archiving solutions etc.The members of the team, as well as the users of the IT solutions, are spread around Europe.The Global Credit Management Process is supported via a global Credit Management IT system, ERM2 (nFusion from eCredit) and/or SAP.In your roll as Business / IT Process Engineer you are responsible for analyzing the business needs and propose solutions.You will, within the systems life cycle, perform a liaison function between the business and IT.Key to this role is the understanding and knowledge of the IT processes as well as the business processes.The Business / IT Process Engineer role is responsible for ensuring that IT Services are aligned with the business needs and delivered to the agreed service levels.Key operational responsibilities Provide business process and IT process knowledge within the organization Propose business process driven solutions with high operational and cost effectiveness Participate in application implementation projects Plan and perform process wide tests in all implementation phases Provide a business process wide viewpoint on system design and system development Write, advise and give recommendations on process and functional documentation Foster collaboration between all associated process areas Proactively act in business and IT process analysis and development to optimize current business applications Competencies needed To be interesting to us you should have: University degree within Financial and/or System Design SAP and/or nFusion experience Application knowledge Ability to design, conduct and evaluate business process driven application testing Ability to design, develop and implement processes in accordance with best practices Ability to coordinate activities, and provide business process driven applications support, within the project teams Basic understanding of Middleware and network technologies Strong English both written and verbal and preferably another major European language You also have: Credit Management knowledge and interest Deep business process knowledge Ability to work against high-pressure deadlines Coaching skills Solution structuring skills and problem solving skills Application In this recruitment process Electrolux IT uses Elan as recruitment partner.
