Electrolux IT - Lotus Notes Developer

Development within Electrolux is at the leading edge, with a team of highly knowledgable and skilled developers that create advanced applications critical to the business. The scope of the role ranges from interpreting business needs to analysis of a potential solution to development of a finished application, using Lotus Notes/Domino applications. The business base is not only in Sweden but international. The role is quite independent and autonomous, requiring self motivation and drive, while being part of a larger team which exchanges experiences and knowledge. Necessary competencies: Minimum 5 years experience of Lotus Notes/Domino development, including Lotus Script. Very good English, both written and spoken Desirable competencies: Certifications, CLP Application Development. Knowledge of internet technology, Java, Java Script, html. Interfaces to other group systems. Experience from a multi-national environment and reporting structure. Business process understanding and knowledge. Personal attributes: Strong drive to deliver solutions and projects with autonomy and self motivation. Ability to work effectively as a team member in larger projects. Customer orientation and understanding of customer requirements. Capability to explain the possibilities and limitations of applications to the customer in a pedagogical way. Creative, structured and analytical in creating new solutions.
