Electrolux Laundry systems is looking for a EPS/Lean agent

The role is to:
Implement the Electrolux Production System (EPS) inside the plants/warehouses, train people on the EPS methods and support them in applying the principle in their own working area, with the aim to improve quality and productivity, and reach cultural change.
Achieving the most efficiency production system by implementing and develop lean tools.

Main Task
. Drive EPS implementation/change projects
. Support factory regarding EPS implementation
. Educate within the EPS tools
. Developing EPS standards
. Be a professional colleague and team player, conducting business ethically, responsibly and in accordance to Electrolux corporate guidelines

Key Responsibilities
. Support the change process
. Operate and co-ordinate change activities / groups
. Be the marketer of the "Best-practice"
. Educate improvement team in EPS tools
. Monitor key performance indicators for the EPS change activities
. Create standards for factory
. Ensure that the EPS revisions exist and are respected
. Follow up activities and timetables for EPS
. Resource requirements planning and monitoring to keep the timetable
. Prioritization of EPS activities what to do and when
. Leading projects with investments in production for increased quality and productivity
. Ensure that the continuous improvements is part daily work


Educational Requirements
. University graduate with technical direction or equivalent qualification
. Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
. Excel and other Microsoft Office
. IT Literate

Work Experience
. 2- years of work experience preferable from manufacturing
. Technical Competence
. Lean Production
. Systematic and organized workstyle
. Outstanding interpersonal skills
