Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Electronic Designer and Team Lead to join our dynamic team
What You Will Work On:
Develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
Analyze and translate requirements into system, hardware, and software designs, along with interface specifications.
Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.
Provide support for fielded hardware over the entire product lifecycle, resolving problems as they arise.
Research specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.
Coordinate and represent the electrical design team in project development activities.

What You Bring:
Strong electrical engineering fundamentals, including analog and digital design expertise.
Experience leading technical teams in the development and implementation of hardware requirements.
Ability to work effectively within dynamic, multi-functional teams.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in both Swedish and English.
Experience in several key areas, including high-speed digital design, schematic capture, PCB layout, hardware bring-up and debug in a lab setting, signal and power integrity fundamentals, design for EMC and EMC testing, hardware integration into multi-functional systems, and navigating the product development lifecycle.
Familiarity with the challenges associated with transitioning a product from design to production.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
