Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Electronic Designer and Team Lead to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Developing and documenting complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
Analyzing and translating requirements into system, hardware, and software designs and interface specifications.
Testing and validating to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
Monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.
Providing support for fielded hardware over the entire product lifecycle and resolving associated problems.
Researching specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.
Coordinating and representing the electrical design team in project development activities.

What you bring:
Strong electrical engineering fundamentals, including analog and digital design.
Experience in leading technical teams to develop and implement hardware requirements.
Proficiency in working with dynamic multi-functional teams.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in both Swedish and English.
Experience in several areas such as high-speed digital design, schematic capture, PCB layout, hardware bring-up, debug, signal and power integrity, EMC design and testing.
Knowledge of integrating hardware into multi-functional systems and navigating product development challenges.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent required; Master’s preferred.
