Key operational responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a team of specialists Increase the electronic innovation rate by efficient and creative team and re-use of innovations globally Create electronic design options to meet design specifications, manufacturing processes and assembly requirements Test and evaluate electronic designs and concepts to meet the specified function/feature, quality and cost targets Complete assigned tasks to schedule, within budget, meeting all technical specifications and customer requirements Reporting to Head of Global R&D Dish Care Competences needed Academic degree in electronic engineering or equivalent combined with several years of relevant working experience Strong leadership and management skills with experience in running projects internationally Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization Entrepreneurial drive, business minded and result driven Excellent English verbal, writing and presentation skills Willingness to travel Experience in Agile methodologies is desirable High degree of computer proficiency with MS Office, Catia and/or other CAD as well as FEA analysis tools Your application For this recruitment, Electrolux is working with Manpower Professional Engineering.Please send your application by using the link.Because the selection process and interviews are being conducted continuously, send your application as soon as it is ready - do not wait until just before the cut-off date.
