We are looking for an Electronic software engineer that will work with development and maintenance of today's and tomorrow's intelligent control system for washing machines and dryers.

Tasks.
Today's industrial washing machines are equipped with advanced microprocessor-based systems for control of the wash cycles, engines and communications to the outside world. We are therefore looking for a qualified electronic software engineer for design build up and maintenance of software for our current and future electronic control systems. The work includes full responsibility for the software build up and hereby also leading involved consultants as well as being a part of creating specifications and documentation for the software made. Since Electrolux Laundry Systems has business globally and factories in THL and France, external contacts and to some extent also business travel can occur.

Qualifications.
We are looking for a person with a Master of Science or equivalent education or knowledge with some years of experience regarding software structure, development and coding in C and C++ and embedded Linux.
Coding is done with UML code generation tools such as Enterprise Architect and IBM Rational Rhapsody. Subversion is used for software version control and Trac for software management/bug tracking.
We also welcome any experience about coding in QT design tool environment for development of color display user interfaces, as well as some general hardware experience.
In view of the Electrolux global business, we require good knowledge in Swedish and English, spoken and writing.
We often work in projects so we require good interpersonal skills and an open attitude.
