Electronics CAD Engineer

You will be part of HVDC within the Power Systems division in Ludvika. The HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 50 years and is used to transmit power over long distances with minimal losses, using overhead lines, underground and submarine cable systems. Tasks
In this role, you will support our electronics engineers on a schematic level and have the main responsibility for our layouts, making sure we always reach our functional and quality targets. As part of your responsibility you also find the management and maintenance of our CAD-tool (CAD Star) and corresponding libraries. You will be the owner of our electronics CAD process and we will expect you to secure its continuous improvement.

Requirements
You are an experienced PCB layout specialist who has been responsible for the whole chain from schematic to finalized manufacturing documentation. You have also been the one maintaining the tools and corresponding libraries.

The successful candidate has:
? a deep interest in electronics development
? a passion for PCB CAD
? been working with CAD-Star
? a good understanding of EMI
